Mayo Meat Goats

Purebred Boer bucks were first introduced into our Saanen herd in 1997 to access the meat goat market. Since then we have enhanced our Boer goat lines through the purchase of red, purebred Boer does from the Mega-Buck dispersal sale in Armidale in 2003. In addition to these superior Boer lines, we have infused feral bloodlines to result in an animal of approximately 60% Saanen, 30% Boer and 10% feral.
